- to furnish with intellectual or emotional resources; prepare.
The goal of TCBC's equipping ministries are to prepare you in all areas of life "for the work of ministry, for the building up of the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith & of the knowledge of the Son of God, to [maturity], to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ" (Eph 4:12-13, ESV). This occurs in three general venues: equipping courses, men's & women's ministries, & recovery ministries.
