PRAYER TEAM
Weekly Prayer Email. There is a weekly prayer email that is sent out to a prayer team. Want to pray for the needs of our body each week? Contact Kathy Smith at kj_mlsmith@yahoo.com.
Prayer on Sunday AM. We want to have a few individuals who spend time each Sunday morning in the prayer room – praying for our Sunday AM ministries and our church body in general. Contact Kathy Smith at kj_mlsmith@yahoo.com.
WELCOME TEAM
Welcome Callers. Call visitors to welcome them to church and let them know we appreciate them coming. It is a great way to ask people if they have any questions, would like more information, or let them know events that are coming up. All you need is a love for the body of Trinity Chapel! You will make one to two calls per week - so the time commitment is very minimal. If interested, please contact: Stacey Mensik - staceym@trinitychapelbc.org.
COMMUNITY
We are always looking for people ready to get involved and help lead or host groups. We have a wide variety of groups for you to choose from: Home Groups, Men's Spiritual Formation Groups, Celebrate Recovery Groups, etc. Call or email Eric for more information (817-377-8222 or ericw@trintitychapelbc.org).
STUDENT MINISTRY (5th - 12th grade)
V56 Leaders (5th and 6th grade). Lead 5th and 6th grade students into a deeper understanding of who God is and what it means to follow Him. Leaders encourage students, lead devotionals, help with small groups and have a ton of fun. Commitment: Sunday Mornings (11am) and a few events throughout the year {3-5 hrs a week/average} Contact Brent (brentd@trinitychapelbc.org) for more information.
TCS Leader (7th - 12th grade). Our Jr. High and High School ministries exist to teach students the truths of scripture and encourage them to live out their faith daily. Leaders facilitate Life*Groups (small groups), help on Sunday mornings, and go on a lot of fun events with the students. Commitment: 5-9 hrs a week/average...more when events are scheduled. TCS Meals Team. This is a new addition to student ministry and we need your help. We provide dinner for students at BIG Blend (Large monthly gathering) and weekly Jr. High and Sr. High small groups. Volunteers are needed to provide a simple meal for these events. There are many dates to choose from...email Brent (brentd@trinitychapelbc.org) to sign up.
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY (birth through 4th grade)
Children’s Ministry Greeters/Check-In Station. Two volunteers are needed for each service to greet kids & families, help with check-in, and assist new parents with finding their classes. Commitment would be by semester (spring, summer, or fall). If interested, contact Katie Smith at katies@trinitychapelbc.org.
Preschool Ministry. Teacher for the 9:30 “Walkers” class. No prep work required. Teach lesson and play with children. Contact Heather (heatherh@trinitychapelbc.org) if interested.

COLLEGE MINISTRY
College Midweek Group Leader. Co-lead a single-gender group of 18-22-year-olds, pouring into their lives as you impact their faith during their university years. 2 hrs/week + pre-training + monthly leader meeting. Email college@trinitychapelbc.org.
OUTREACH TEAMS
One Reach Team. Team is now forming. The goal is to help equip and encourage our body to personal outreach in their spheres of influence. We will tackle the IAMSECOND.COM partnership as our first project. If interested, contact Ted Wueste at tedw@trinitychapelbc.org.
City Reach Team. Team is presently forming. The goal is to equip and encourage our body in local outreach to our city. The team will plan, oversee, and evaluate our local partnerships. If interested, contact Mark Philpot at markp@trinitychapelbc.org.
Global Reach Team. Team meets every 6 weeks to plan, oversee, and evaluate our Global Reach projects. If interested, contact Mac McDaniel at macmcdaniel@gmail.com.
HOSPITALITY TEAM
Sunday AM Hospitality. Help 1-2 times per month on Sunday mornings. Pick up donuts, make coffee, clean up at the end of the morning. Contact Meredith Weckel at meredith_w2@yahoo.com
Guest/Welcome Center. We need volunteers to be at the guest center each week. Help newcomers find their way and help people who are signing up for events, etc. Contact Michael Lampley at mclampley@gmail.com
TECH TEAM ON SUNDAY AM
Light technician. Work the lights during the worship services every other week. Minimal training – no experience necessary. Contact Mark Philpot at markp@trinitychapelbc.org.
